South Slope Penthouse

After working with this family on their first rooftop garden in Clinton Hill, we were thrilled to create their next outdoor living space when they found a newer, larger home in South Slope.
In collaboration with the interior design firm, Ann Chapin Studio, we focused on building out space that reflected the interiors bright, modern and mid-century-inspired interiors. An all-green color palette makes the evergreen plantings meld with the large shade trees directly off the building and beyond in Greenwood Cemetery. Custom ipe vertical privacy fencing, planter cladding and storage benches echo the interior millwork and add warmth and depth to the space.
